In accordance with the provisions of article L. 121-20-3 of the Consumer Code, the shipping policy of this company expressly stipulates that all orders will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible, in accordance with the terms and conditions specified. It is specified that delivery of each order will be made within a reasonable period of 4 to 5 working days, subject to processing and shipping times, in accordance with the provisions of article L. 216-1 of the Consumer Code .

However, in accordance with article L. 121-20-3 of the Consumer Code, this delivery time is not considered as a firm and absolute commitment, but rather as a reasonable estimate based on current commercial practices and the industry standards. Under Section 121-20-3, it is possible that unforeseen circumstances, such as transportation delays, adverse weather conditions, customs inspections or other factors beyond our control, may delay delivery of your order.

In the event of non-compliance with the expected delivery time, in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 216-2 of the Consumer Code, we undertake to work with you to resolve any problem and find a satisfactory solution. We strongly encourage you to track the status of your order using the tracking information provided and to contact us immediately if you have any concerns or questions regarding your delivery.

By using the shipping services provided by our company, you accept the conditions set out in this shipping policy, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code. You also understand that the delivery of your order is subject to conditions beyond our control, in accordance with article L. 121-20-3 of the Consumer Code. However, we undertake to do everything possible to ensure rapid and reliable delivery of your order, in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory provisions.

The items supplied by https://luxurycosmetic.fr/ are new and guaranteed against any defect. They are identical to those of traditional commerce and come from all the publishers and suppliers listed.

If it happens that an item is defective or non-compliant, the buyer has 14 days from receipt of the items to request an exchange or refund. If the fourteen (14) day period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the first following working day.

The customer must return new or unconsumed items in their entirety and in their original packaging, intact, accompanied by all possible accessories, instructions for use and documentation (in its original cellophane packaging and with the corresponding invoice ). In such a situation, the buyer must send proof of the defect(s) to contact.luxurycosmetic@gmail.com (description and photos attached).

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, Essence Parfum is required to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, free of charge, with the exception of return costs. The refund is due within a maximum of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s).

The return shipping costs then remain your responsibility.

In the event of a refund, we guarantee that it is made within a period of less than or equal to 14 days following the date of receipt of the returned package. No cash on delivery will be accepted, whatever the reason.
