In accordance with Article L. 121-20-3 of the French Consumer Code, this company's shipping policy expressly stipulates that all orders will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible, in accordance with the specified terms and conditions. It is specified that delivery of each order will be made within a reasonable timeframe of 4 to 5 business days, subject to processing and shipping times, in accordance with Article L. 216-1 of the French Consumer Code.

However, in accordance with Article L. 121-20-3 of the French Consumer Code, this delivery timeframe is not considered a firm and absolute commitment, but rather a reasonable estimate based on current business practices and industry standards. Pursuant to Article L. 121-20-3, unforeseen circumstances, such as transport delays, adverse weather conditions, customs inspections, or other factors beyond our control, may delay the delivery of your order.

In the event of a delay in delivery, in accordance with Article L. 216-2 of the French Consumer Code, we are committed to working with you to resolve any issues and find a satisfactory solution. We strongly encourage you to track your order using the tracking information provided and to contact us immediately if you have any concerns or questions regarding your delivery.

By using the shipping services provided by our company, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this shipping policy, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code. You also understand that the delivery of your order is subject to conditions beyond our control, in accordance with Article L. 121-20-3 of the Consumer Code. However, we are committed to doing everything possible to ensure prompt and reliable delivery of your order, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

The items supplied by https://choganparfums.fr/ are new and guaranteed against any defects. They are identical to those found in traditional stores and come from all the publishers and suppliers listed.

If an item is defective or does not conform to the order, the buyer has 14 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or refund. If the fourteen (14) day period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended to the next business day.

The customer must return new or unused items in their entirety and in their original, undamaged packaging, along with all accessories, instruction manuals, and documentation (in their original cellophane wrapping and with the corresponding invoice). In such a case, the buyer must send proof of the defect(s) to contact.choganparfums@gmail.com (description and photos attached).

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, Chogan Parfum is obligated to reimburse the customer for all sums paid, free of charge, with the exception of return shipping costs. Reimbursement is due within a maximum of 14 business days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s).

The return shipping costs will then remain your responsibility.

In the event of a refund, we guarantee that it will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package. Cash on delivery shipments will not be accepted under any circumstances.
